I ordered a Samsung Galaxy A71 (Certified Pre-owned) on 10/20/2020. I got a comfirmation from koodo with my tracking info (HFO28148175) and a second email with my UPS tracking info from koodo on 10/21/2020. UPS confirmed that the item hasn’t been pickup Koodo yet to start shipping as of 10/27/2020. However, the koodo website tracking says it was shipped on 10/23/2020. Is this a normal occurrence? I have tried to get in contact with the webstore but they never answer any questions, they just repeat the same info I sent them.
