Why is it that when you at Koodo made an error, you refuse to fix said error? I cancelled my service, you continued billing me. Then when I called due to a letter that threatened to send me to collections, you admitted to your error. Now, when applying for a mortgage, this issue is STILL present on my credit report, and yet, you refuse to be accommodating and provide me with a fax or email stating that I do NOT owe this monies. Explain? I am to the point of getting the "run around" from your call center and am getting no help. I will now go to social media, the news and will pursue legal action as this is the last recourse available to the "Average Joe" that I am. ???
