How do you get a hold of anyone from Koodo that can answer a question directly? i am trying to solve a billing problem.

Unfortunately most billing inquiries are hard to solve without seeing owner's bill

You can change your Mastercard in self service, Shirley, it's free that way.

@ Shirley, we do not change your credit card info through our reps anymore. We can't even take payment from you as new privacy and security legislation limit who can take credit card info over the phone. As per Sophia pls log in and change the your info online. Thanks for understanding!

Another idea is to write down a list of questions that you want answered (a lot of people ask a few questions, forget some questions, and then end up calling back). At least this way you have a guide to your questions and go from there. I also like to have my bill open on my computer, so that when customer service asks if I see a certain thing, I can scroll directly to that spot, and have them explain it to me. My first bill I did this and had them walk me through the bill, one line at a time - makes it easier as I found that they have the copy of my bill in the same format on their computers.
