In order to unsuspend your phone, you will need to call customer service at Koodo. They created self serve that you can suspend your phone immediately from the program, but in order to unsuspend it, you would need to speak with someone at customer service - this way we can verify your identity so that it is not just anyone accessing it. You should also make sure that in addition to your account being activated again that your phone itself is also listed as found. When you call in, make sure that the phone is working (it may require you to pull the battery and SIM after they have made the change in the system). If it is not working then you can speak with technical support for further troubleshooting, so that we can make sure that it is working, so you don't have to call numerous times.
