How do I retrieve my service agreement with koodo and receipt of purchased phone too???


How do I retrieve my service agreement when I purchased my new phone tthrough koodo I can't find my purchased phone agreement or # on my mobile koodo account

Hi, I have ordered a new phone with a plan. I received my order today and I'm trying to make a self serve account but I can't find anything with my account number. Nothing on paper or through email. The only emails I have are the shipping order.

In the box that along with your new phone should be paperwork with your account information

On the paper I see:
Delivery **********
Ship to *****
Customer No. *************  <--- Is this the account number? (I tried this one and it didn't work)
Plant ****
Storage location *******

Other then that there isn't any other 8 digit number on there.

I recommend contacting Koodo via private message on facebook or twitter.  A rep will be able to confirm your account info and give you the info you need

Hi there - do you still have you order number handy? If you can share that, we can look into the order and make sure that the account has been activated. Also, have you received an email inviting you to validate and set-up your self serve account? In order to initiate the account you will need to follow the steps provided in that email and cannot directly do so by visiting the site.

Looks like the account is still pending activation. I'll flag this with the web store team, who will have to complete the activation. Can't guarantee that this will be completed tonight, but it will be up and running by tomorrow morning/afternoon.

Good news, the team was able to get this activated right away. You may need to reboot your phone for it to pick up signal. You also should have received an email with instructions on how to activate your Self Serve account. If you tried to create another profile already, you may experience a conflict. If that's the case, shoot us a private message on Facebook, as suggested above.

I have another question, it's about transferring my previous number. Is the service currently down? When I try to go to koodomobile.com/portmynumber I get "You don't have permission to access /account/selfserve/postpaid/P200735441351342803673 on this server."

Hi there - no known issue with this feature. It may have been linked to the fact that your account was just getting set-up and your self-serve validation was not completed yet. Have you tried since? If not, can you try again and let us know if you're still having issues?
