How do I cancel?

Just wondering how I can cancel a service I haven’t started yet?  I’m sure I read that you can within 30 or 60 days.  I’m currently on Telus and was going to switch over but I changed my mind.  I just received the Koodo Sim Card today and haven’t activated.  Checked in my self serve and can’t find anything in there.

If you want the cancel, you have to schedule a call back from Koodo. Go here www.koodo.com/chat and type "I want to cancel". 

Regarding the self-serve, have you received the activation email from them yet?
