Need to remove port protection on my Koodo telephone number so we can port it to another provider.
Note I did not ever request port protection on my Koodo number yet it is blocking the port of my mobile number.
My account is paid in full for this billing cycle which ends on October 25, 2020. There is no reason for Koodo to have port protection on my mobile number. It is blocking the port of it to the new provider.
How do I call Koodo to ask them to remove port protection on my Koodo number?
