Can't do it through Koodo's network. Must do it at the phone. Which phone do you have?

If you have a smartphone, there are apps that will block the number for you, provided your phone is always on. Currently, only Rogers offers a call blocking feature. [Mentioned so someone at Koodo can put this feature under consideration, and can't say technically not possible 😉 ]

That just sends the calls to voice mail. You'll still hear their voice when you check vm and get their texts; the apps rejects all--calls, texts--completely and you won't get their voice mail either.

I prefer using an App called "Extreme Call Blocker" from the Google Play Store--> https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.greythinker.punchback It has some interesting features like "bombing" where you send the blocked # as many TXT as you want like in the old days of "blowing up" someone's pager, hahaha

Two problems with "bombing": 1. You don't know if the person calling you is using a real number, or spoofing someone else's: http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:iXGb7Cxt2ZwJ:www.thestar.com/business/2013/07/12/appliance_repairman_falls_victim_to_apparent_number_spoofing_roseman.html+&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=ca 2. With all the texts you bombed the caller with, they now have proof of your texts and can file a harassment charge against you with the police.
