How can I transfer land line number to Koodo wireless home phone

I signed up for Koodo wireless home phone but Koodo now days I can't port my home phone number to this service because they don't have service in this area. But they do have both cell and wireless home phone service.  In addition this number which was ported once from Bell to Acrovoice VOIP should be able to be ported again.  Anyone know of a way to port this number, evidently without going through the on-line process which immediately rejects it?

You can send a private message to Koodo through Facebook, they will be able to tell you if the number can be ported, and assist you in doing so.

Say it's not eligible to be ported because Koodo doesn't have service in area.  But it was already ported once from Bell to Acrovoice, a VOIP provider in BC.  Don't see why it can't be ported again.  I wonder if the web system is not yet set up for Wireless Home Phone and is assuming it has to be a mobile number.

Was it with Bell as a landline or Bell as a cellphone? I just used the tester with my landline number and it said it was eligible to be transfered.

No, but porting from some VoIP providers can be challenging.

It was with Bell as a landline. And then to Acrovoice. a VOIP supplier.
