How can I tell if I'm still on The Spending Limit Program?


I was on the spending limit program for a while, and when I logged into my account it always showed that I was. For some reason I'm not able to tell now. There's no information on it when I log in. How can I find out?

If you can't see it on your Self Serve account then you may need to contact customer service. They would be able to see further details of your account.

According to Koodo's website : "Your account will be reviewed after 9 months. If you have a good payment history, then the SLP will be removed from your account. You will receive a letter to let you know when your account is being removed from SLP" So, contact koodo ( *611 ) as Daniel said and find out 🙂
