How can I contact Koodo from my phone? It has no service and *611 won't work.

Was it working before? Did you try restart your phone?
I have been out of the country for a couple of months and it hasn't worked ever since I've been back. I have tried restarting my phone and resetting the network settings....

I have read that I need to call *611 to have my phone reconnected.... I had no notice to tell me that my phone had been disconnected.... So I don't actually know if thats what happened....

looks like we have tried to get in touch with you over the last 2 months for outstanding payments. From what I can tell, we sent a letter an SMS and left a message at the 'alternate contact' # we have on file for you. Send us a private message on Facebook so we can look at further into your account.
