Home Phone on wireless network does that mean the handset is a wireless phone or smart phone or does it mean a cordless or corded phone?

It is available in my area of Summerside PEI and if I were to get this would I be able to purchase the Hub at $40 and the Sim Card at $10 all for a one time fee the Telus Store as I only have a Mobile Shop Kiosk in my area? Does this require a credit check?

It works the same as a normal home phone except that the service is through the cell towers. The handset cannot leave the normal range of your home. Only available at the Koodo booth. Read more here please https://community.koodomobile.com/koo...

And it means cordless or corded phone as per your question above. Sorry for not adding that in my reply.

Thank you, does it require a credit check? There is no Koodo booth here in Summerside but it does state that the service is available in my area. We do have a Telus store though.

Oh ok. I'm only a pre-paid customer. So that would mean a credit check?

You would need to open a line. So yes, normal procedure. 2 pieces of I.D and a credit check at the time of signing up. U can have a family member open it for you.

Hi Terri, You would need to buy it at a Koodo retailler. You purchase the hub for 40$, 10$ SIM card as you indicated, so a total of 50$ to get started and a cost of 20$ per month. You can plug any home phone into the box. So any phone you have plugged into the wall, you would just plug into the hub instead. There are 2 available ports on the hub.
