Hold my account


Hello Koodo Teams, I am now out of Canada for five months. I want you to put my account in hold until the first of the new year 2014. What should I do? * I cannot call you from my country. Thanks in advance, Ahmed

You should put your account on seasonal hold if you want to keep your number. It's $10 a month. When you get back you will only be able to get back on a plan that will be available at that time. By the way you can call koodo from anywhere at this number: 647-788-4337. It's on their 'Contact Us' page.

That is my favourite way to contact Koodo. They respond very quickly and answer/solve all of my questions, problems, and requests.

You contact Koodo by Facebook Private Message, Twitter DM or phone call to *611, and request a seasonal hold. You will need to choose from an in- market plan on your return, and will be charged $15 monthly plus any Tab you are carrying.

keep in mind also that if you keep the hold on for over 6months they will automatically put you on the lowest-priced Plan.
