I follow the steps to activate wifi calling for my Galaxy S8 (worked on my previous S8), but it gets stuck on "Requesting service. Please wait".
Have you tried restarting your phone, then re-attempting activating it?
As well where did you purchase this S8/from what carrier?
Yes I tried restarting my phone multiple times. I purchased it on Amazon as a refurbished replacement for one with an unusable screen.

Which model of the replacement was it? Was it one of the model listed in their support documents here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/wifi-calling
Additionally, can you log into your selfserve to see if you have the "volte access “ addon in your plan?
Yes I have the option for volte (and it was already working on my previous phone, same package). The phone model (Galaxy S-8) could be an issue since it is slightly different than their listed; mine is SM-G950UI versus SM-G950W.

That is likely causing the issue. SM-G950U1 is an american variant of the phone. Koodo only supports the Canadian variant, SM-G950W.
