Help! Unable to transfer existing phone number

While trying to transfer my old number to my Koodo account, I got an error message. Then, when I tried again it said I need to wait 14 days after activating a new phone.

Is this something fixable in Self Serve or do I need to contact a Koodo rep?

I'd contact à Rep by sending a private message to Koodo via Facebook messenger or dm via Twitter to get it sorted out

Sent them a message through facebook but who knows how long that will take. Anyone have this issue? I’m currently with PC Mobile...

Up to a day. It depends. When did you send it?

It is uncommon but you're not the only one to post recently.

There is a glitch that is happening on the Self-Serve portal. I have already flagged a Koodo rep to help you out with the port transfer.
