Help setting up account


I just got a phone through koodo. I had a prepaid phone with Rogers until now, and I still had money on my phone, so I used the sim card from my old phone in my new one until it ran out. Now I put the koodo sim in the phone and it starts up saying emergency calls only. I haven't set up an account with koodo yet or even received a phone number from them, but I can't seem to register without one. How do I set up my account?

What phone is it? A Rogers SIM shouldn't have worked with Koodo's phone.

You didn't get a # when you got the SIM? Is it pre-paid? If so, you can activate it here--> https://activateprepaid.koodomobile.com/ Once the account is set up, you should be able to just pop it in since it's unlocked. Just make sure the APN's correct--> http://koodomobile.com/en/on/switch2koodo-step-3-c.shtml
Ok I didn't see this before- The sim card (it's a post paid one by the way) has a phone number for activation written on it. I called it and they set it all up for me. I appreciate your effort nonetheless!
