Help! Samsung galaxy SIII issues

I have a Samsung Galaxy SIII and whenever I try to get my phone going after charging the screen stays black and just the bottom buttons (menu/back) light up. It's only three months old... Anyone have any ideas on how to fix it? I did a factory reset and that didn't work...

Was it working before? If a factory reset didn't work...I would bring it to the nearest Koodo store, and ask whether it can be sent by repair under warranty.
It does still work....kinda... I have to take out the battery and restart it every time I want to use it and it works great until it has to be charged again then I'm back to the black screen.

If you have to take the battery out and in every time you charged it, I think there is something wrong with the device. I would go check it out.
