I have had my phone for about 2 months now and it's been fine but last night after I charged it and used it all night it suddenly will not charge at all. I did not drop the phone, break the cord, get the phone wet or anything that would cause damage. I even tried a new cord and it won't even begin to charge it. I assume that the battery may be just faulty. Does anyone know if Koodo replaces batteries or failing that, how much the new batteries are? I would call a store but obviously I have no phone to use right now.

Plug I'm your charger and move the charger end that's plugged into the phone slowly one way and hold it and them slowly the other way (towards the front or back of the phone) and hold it and see if the charger connects at all when doing this (don't apply exessive pressure just push slightly) if the phone connects and starts charging then its the charging port which isn't covered under warranty. You can have this fixed by brining it to a Koodo kiosk but you'll have to pay for the repair. If it still doesn't charge then bring it to the Koodo kiosk and they can have a look at it and if the battery is dead which is very unlikely then they will replace it yes as its covered under warranty.
