HELP my phone account got hacked and deactivated!

I got this text from 4800 and didnt call, but now I’ve lost connectivity on the mobile network! Can someone please help?

Koodo: Heads-up! We just received a request to cancel a subscriber from your account and transfer the mobile phone number to another carrier. If you didn't make this request, please call 1-844-232-7678 as soon as you can. If you requested the transfer, no action is needed. Free message from Koodo.

By the time i caught it, my phone has been disconnected. I couldn’t call !

Then you will need to use a phone from family or friend.

You could also contact them via facebook messenger https://www.facebook.com/Koodoand ask a rep there to double check. Once the account is reinstated, I would suggest you put port protection on your line.
