I have changed phones from an iPhone to a google. still with Koodo.  I can not get my phone set up, or transfer data from my old phone to the new one.  I can not  talk to a person at Koodo or get a call back.  How do I get in touch with a live talking human being?   I am so frustated. had my new phone for a week now

What do you mean by transfer data? Did you swap the SIM card to your new phone? Then your line should work as usual.

Since you switched from an iPhone to an Android phone, there isn't much more Koodo can help you with... You just have to reinstall it from scratch.
