HELP


Okay, my Samsung Galaxy Ace phone just recently wouldn't turn on so I had to erase the data, everything gone from my phone... When It turned back on, my SIM card was locked, and after a few attempts it PUK locked. Then I got fed up and went to get a new one, now when I put THAT one in, it's saying SIM service provider locked. I called customer service but they don't seem to know anything, so... & On my prepaid koodo account, it says my SIM is active! So I don't want my money sitting there being wasted, someone help quickly please..

If you tried the wrong PUK code more than 10xtimes certainely our SIM got locked forever, it can't be used anymore, you should buy new one, if the new phone you got has new SIM just go to Self Serve and activate it.
