Shipped out December 4th but still haven’t received SIM card! Have been billed for December already!!! Can’t get through on the phone!! Can’t email!!
Maybe I should just stay on a contract so at least I can still talk to someone!!!

It says shipped by Canada post, it also says it has no tracking #
