have not recieved sim card!

Shipped out December 4th but still haven’t received SIM card! Have been billed for December already!!!  Can’t get through on the phone!! Can’t email!! 
Maybe I should just stay on a contract so at least I can still talk to someone!!!

It says shipped by Canada post, it also says it has no tracking # 😔

As well, have you receiving the tracking number yet? Is that what you mean when you say it was shipped out on Dec 4th but just hasn’t moved within the couriers tracking system since?
