Happy To Be With Koodoooooooo


I been taken off the Spending Cap Program & I was informed that I will recieve a letter from Koodo saying that,I still have not recieved that letter yet so I was wondering if I can call in & request it be sent to me ? I really love this company

Cheers welcome to the tab club! Glad to hear Koodo has made your day! Just out of curiosity do you need this letter even if they still verified your off the spending cap?

I got that letter after nine months of good payments. I suppose you passed that? If you haven't got the letter it could be just Canada Post. no?

I know that but it wouldn't take long to get as since I been with Koodo.I never got any letters or anything in the mail from Koodo

Congratulations and Thank you for being an AMAZING customer...!!! If your account was removed from the CLP program, you will for sure receive the letter, no worries about that... Just allow some time to be mail out to you...!

How long does it usually take though ?

Check your self-serve account. There may be a record of it attached to your digital invoice, which you can print.

Actually G R is right. When you're on the SLP your account has a statement attached to your self serve that says your on the SLP, if you don't see the notice, you're not on the program.
