Great Service


Just spoke to customer service.  The wait time for the call was very short.  I had two issues and my problems were solved in a very few minutes.  Unfortunately I didn't hear the employees name but he was great!

Thats all good . why is koodo disconecting people who say they might leave
Wow koodo sent me a email saying i wanted to discontinue service . when in fact they maliciously cut me off .
I simply said if you dont hounor your waranty koodo for manufacturers defect LG G3 phone Then i am forced to leave koodo. after I pay for all my airtime . then i was cut off t min later . a rep said when i phoned back . I was disconnected as. I was thinking of moving away from koodo.
