I’m a new customer who had a delay in receiving my SIM card to get started.
I called customer service and Ms. Simona from the phone customer service team provided honestly the most amazing customer service I have experienced in a long time!
- When I explained the issue I was having, she was able to provide solutions, continue to follow up (at the time she promised) and delivered on all the commitments.
- I asked if there was any way I could let her manager / the company know what a great job I thought she was doing and she so humbly said that unfortunately Koodo does not have a channel for that and surveys are random.
I hope that a moderator or manager can see this post and award Ms. Simona with the the raise / promotion / recognition that she deserves!!
If more information is needed I can provide the time / day / etc to ensure it goes to the right person.
