Got new sim card for new phone, employee I bought it from told me I must download app to activate it. Once I downloaded and opened this app it had no such option. I then went online and eventually found where to do this and put in new sim card number. Once I tried making a call on my new phone I realized that instead of my phone number the phone now has the number of a family member on the same account. Her phone does not work at all. I don't know how this happened. What do I do, I need this fixed immediately we both need out phones for work.

Contact your family member and and ask for the sim card number currently in their phone and change their sim number back to what it should be.
The new sim card you have is now worthless to any other number. Unfortunately you're going to need a new sim card for you.
Also the Rep shouldn't have let you leave until everything was working. Demand that they do it when you go back.
