give a little credit for your loyal customer

i was with rogers for 3 years and koodo for 1 year, i had a plan with rogers for $65 which is 5gb as well just what i have right now with koodo. but rogers give me $10 credit on my monthly plan for 2 years thats why its ended up for only $55 without paying any extra tab. i hope koodo will give maybe a $5 credit to ur loyal customer. i like rogers plan and credit that theyre giving away and the way they handle their device subsidy coz u dont need to pay extra to pay out ur phone ,i just hate their customer service that y i get rid of them. i like koodo but maybe give a little credit to ur loyal customer.

Damn dude, I wish I could get 5GB for 55 bucks. Say what you want about customer service but I would have put up with it for that kind of price. You'll never see those kinds of plans again. The thing is Koodo doesn't have any retention plans. What you see is what you get. That way nobody is left out or someone gets a better deal because they called and complained.

I wish people would just be happy with what they got. I've lived in the same place for 10 years. My landlord doesn't give me a discount for being a long-time tenant.

The price of real estate goes up with time. Tech services' prices go in a different direction 😉

And the reality is, that with all those carriers you ARE now paying extra to pay off your phone, the price is just built into their plans usually, as opposed to a separate charge.
