Frustrated


Every time I call no one is ever helpful just eager to get off the line. They convinced me to also change my plan to unlimited services so that I don't get overcharged every month yet every month I do get overcharged. What's that about? And they charge you for using some apps. Are u serious. If I didn't know that why would u charge me. I wouldn't be using it if I knew. Me and my family have been with Koodo for a while but we are changing companies starting next month! Thanks!

If you explain on detail hat issues you have, the community may be able to offer you some solutions. Koodo does not charge for you to use apps. There may be data charges if you exceed your data allowance.

Have you looked at your detailed PDF e.bill?

You can change your plan on self serve to the ones that fit your needs.  With the current plans out in the market right now, they come with Shock Free Data so you will know when you are going over your data allotment.  Unfortunately there are no notifications for talk minutes or long distance minutes
