For the last 3 days I am trying to pay my bill using my credit card and Koodo Mobile is not accepting payments


For the last 3 days I am trying to pay my bill using my credit card and Koodo Mobile is not accepting the payment.  It is either looping to reenter my information for payment or not letting the card through.

Henry, can you pls dial #123 from your phone and press 3 for payment. We are looking into this issue some of our customers are experiencing. Thanks for your understanding!
