I just received a flash sms message today. A spam message that popped up on my screen. How do I stop this from occurring in the future. Why is this even allowed to occur. This is what I received below.

when I googled this. I found posts that this can happen in foreign countries. But rare for n. America.
i also wonder if he specifically targeted my phone and if so, how did he get my number.
