Fix shipping address


Shortly after placing my order online, I realized that my apartment number was not correct. I have been trying to contact Koodo via email and phone for 8 days, but I cannot reach anyone. The order number is HFO16726537, and the correct address should be

321-609 D****** Rd

instead of

321,321-609 D***** Rd

Would it be possible to fix that, given that the order has not shipped yet?

Thanks for the flag. I see that the order is still in queue and hasn't been processed. I've flagged this with the team and we should be able to update it before your order is ready to ship. Will let you know if they're unable to for whatever reason.
