So far I am under the impression that for the most part many of the Koodo agents are not trained properly.
I have been signed up since late Thursday, just a couple of days ago.
The [b]one exception to poor customer service is someone by the name of [b]Ayleen!
[b]Ayleen provided [b]SUPERB quality assistance! I was going to do the quick survey on my phone by text but another text came through on the same thread and wasn't able to respond to the previous survey regarding Ayleen.
If anyone at Koodo sees this then you must know that [b]Ayleen should get a raise!
