Exceptional customer service and follow up, Cindy!


Recently I had some billing issues and spoke to Cindy, at Koodo customer service, about some issues regarding my plan and billing. Although she did not have all the answers right off the top of her head, she was responsible enough to look for solutions for the next two days and out of her own initiative called me back to inform me that the problem has been solved. Excellent customer service, and I do not have enough words to praise her professionalism. Thank you.
