Every time I try to log into my Koodo account online I get a tab saying "an error occurred while logging in." Is the site down?

I'm not having a problem logging on. Have you tried another browser? You may also need to clear your cookies and cache on your current browser.

I tried a different browser and still not working. How do you clear your cookies? I tried a whole different computer as well and still nothing

Temporarily change your DNS settings on the computer in your Network settings. Make a note of the current values, then replace them with 8.8.8.8, 4.4.4.4 (these are Google default values), reboot and retry.

My ISP made some unannounced & unhelpful changes to their system recently. Switching over to the Google values for a day or so cleared up a number of problems.
