Every single call we make gets dropped AT LEAST ONCE.
This is beyond unprofessional and we cannot continue with our business being impact this way.
I will talk to Support this evening (which I think is ABOSLUTELY unacceptable that I have to schedule a callback time HOURS away) and this is not fixed tomorrow, moving all accounts to another provider.
Has anyone else had this issue? How was it resolved???
What troubleshooting steps have you tried?
Things like restarting your phone, removing and reinserting the sim card, resetting the network settings, putting your sim into a different phone and see if the issue persists, etc.

Whoa, person. Normally people post here because they have questions. So usually we try to troubleshoot issues. We get it though, you just created two posts to complain and get nasty to Allan. Should we feel sorry for poor Bell for getting you as a customer?
