When sending out of a text on my Huauei phone (unsure of which one), 85% of the time it won't send until I have retried 5-10 times due to "Error 500 can't send text". I will have full service, full wifi, no reason for it not to send. I have restarted the phone now multiple times.
If someone could give me some troubleshooting thoughts? Thanks!

Sorry to hear about your issues. My guess is that there's a problem with your SIM card based on what I've read about that error, but if you'd like to do some more troubleshooting before getting a new SIM, Huawei has a troubleshooting guide online.
