Employee purchase plan for upgrade at a different location

I work for OSL Wireless out of Walmart and I switched my brother’s service to Koodo using my epp. I was wondering, if we upgrade his phone at a location different from where I work, will the epp stay in effect? Thanks

Epp falls off only during a plan change. It doesn't matter where you make the purchase
