email validation


I have a trouble with accessing to Self-serve. As one of Koodo representative says, the reason for it is that I have a Tellus accout with same email address. That is why I cannot validate my email. He guided me to private message on Facebook, but Koodo did not answer yet. How can l tackle with this problem?

I will nudge the folks, but bear in mind that our recent promos meant tons of customers signing up so we are a little behind. What name did you use on FB?
