I was charged for Easy Roam September 9th 11:19am while travelling from Vancouver to Victoria. I never entered the United States. I would like this charge removed from my bill.

We verified the days of the charge and confirmed that you were within Canada when it happened.
A credit was issued and will update in the overview section of the Self Serve account within 3-5 minutes.
