On my most recent bill, Koodo charged me for a day on Easy Roam. However, I was not in the US, though was in the southern Gulf Islands (as noted on my bill for other usage). How do I get a credit for the Easy Roam fee?

You need to contact Koodo to dispute this charge.
You also need to adjust your phone setting to prevent future charges. Phone settings > mobile network > network operator > manually set to Koodo
Due to the proximity to the US, it is possible that a US tower provided you with mobile services which may be the reason for charging you with roaming. If you are not manually ‘locked’ to the koodo network, a low koodo signal may have resulted in a stronger US provider being selected to provide you with mobile services.
