On 02/24/21 at approximately 4PM EST, both mine and spouses cell phones went to no Koodo Cell Service (Emergency Calls Only). This stayed in effect until just after 6PM. Note during this time i started at home (Midhurst) drove to barrie where we both noticed no service, and it seemed to resume when back at home. Had Koodo for a few months now and go to barrie often; any ideas as to what and why?

It was a brief network outage in some parts of ontario. Koodo was aware of the issue and the problem was fixed.
