Does the galaxy ace II support micro sdhc 32 GB cards?

Looking to upgrade memory and wondering if I can get an SDHC card or just the micro sd.

Yes it supports up to 32GB. And sd card above 4gb should be SDHC.

The Ace 2x supports 32 GB microSD cards. Stay away from lesser known brands and look for a class 6 or higher card which translates into better data transfer speeds. From a technical perspective; As the available storage becomes divided into smaller units through normal use, this leads to an increase in non-contiguous, or fragmented storage. The amount of fragmentation can reduce write speeds, so faster SD memory card speed standards help compensate for fragmentation. Some reputable brands to look for are Kingston, Lexar and Transcend.

Don't even get the class 6 ones. Get class 10 or higher. Those are the ones that are stable and work well. Kingston is a great brand.

There are only 4 speed classes, (2, 4, 6 and 10), there is nothing higher than class 10. Keep in mind we're talking about an Ace 2x here, not an S4. Class 6 cards offer speed, stability and reliability at an affordable price. I've been running two 32GB class 6 (Kingston & Transcend) microSDHC cards in my Ace 2x since late last year without issue.
Yup I run an adata 32 gig microSDHC card in my ace 2x. Not the best brand, but it was only $20 on sale and I always have pics/vids stored on card copied to comp as well, so won't really lose anything if card dies.
