Do you have to pay your bill before upgrading?


I have a phone bill that I plan to pay next week when I get paid, but I can upgrade my phone as I have $150 positive tab. Do I need to pay my phone bill first or will they let me upgrade and pay my bill next week? Thanks in advance

I do not believe an account being past due affects a customer's ability to upgrade their device. If it does, then there is nothing on the Koodo website about it. In fact, I don't see any section that shows the requirements about upgrading a device.

It does for Rogers/Fido and Bell/Virgin, but maybe it doesn't for Telus/Koodo.
