Discount not getting apply at checkout

I got a text yesterday saying if I get a new phone on a tab i will get a discount of $10 per month for 12 months. But when i got the checkout it does not seem to have been apply. and yes there no promotional code that came with the text.  

What do i need to do to make this work?

@DenisMichaud I see the offer on your account. I do believe that a switch from your current plan to an in market plan is required.  Have you changed your plan when you tried to redeem the offer?
