Deceased Relative

I already submitted a claim to have my relatives phone cancelled. They said I would hear back in 3-5 business days but it has been 10 or more and no response. Please let me know what I have to do to talk to someone from Koodo on the phone to finalize this process so we can move on with grieving. I have the account number and the latest email that was sent to his account but can't get through to anyone with Koodo?

You can schedule a callback via koodo assist

When it asks for your number just enter the number where you want to called back on.

Thank you Dennis...already did that but I'll do it again and see if I get a return call this time.

If that doesnt work you can go into a Koodo store and have them call in for you. Usually can be done in about 5 minutes there.

If you were able to provide all the information needed when you first got in contact with us, it’s possible that they didn’t have to contact you at all. Most of the time they’ll get in touch with you if there is any information missing in order to secure the account before proceeding with the cancellation.
