Data Use Not Appearing in Self Serve App


I've had my new Koodo plan/phone for over a week, but my data usage is still not appearing in my Self Serve Koodo app. - Galaxy S4

It'l take some time to view your Data usage on selfserve, monitore your data usage directly from your handset by isntalling an apps that'l help just to do that from Google play like watchdog.

I believe so. I purchased the phone and set up the plan in-store. I then went through the online process to set up my self-serve billing or whatever. Then I downloaded the mobile app and signed in.

Just check your Self Serve from time to time and you'll be able to view your Data usage.

When you recently sign up or change your plan you minute and data will not display until the start of the next full billing cycle
