I placed an online order yesterday for a phone upgrade (which I've now requested a cancellation for through email) and last evening, my data was shut off and I received 3 texts messages in a row saying I used 50% of my 10mb limit, then 100% of my 10mb limit, then 90% of my 10mb limit and I was being charged for overuse. My plan is 10GB so why has my data turned off and why am I receiving these odd text messages that make no sense?
