Data not working

At the top where my phone should say 4G it says LTE and the data won't work, how can I fix it?

I have a Samsung galaxy note and yes my data is turned on!

Well it says LTE because you're in an LTE zone. However, if the connection doesn't seem to be generating anything, try taking out your battery and SIM card for about a minute. Also I'm assuming you have the correct APN settings since you do get an indicator but to be sure, check out the page switch2koodo.com for instructions.
