Data locked out

A few days ago, I ordered a new phone, kept my plan, but the next morning, my 4GB of data are “expired” and I’m locked out at 10MB though it was only two days into my billing cycle.  I’ve also already spent money on extra data, despite not having answered YES to text prompt about more data. I can’t send or receive and text messages, either, as of yesterday afternoon. I tried the chat through self serve, and it directed me to facebook, but it’s been almost 24 hours now. I need the service I am paying for to work, I can’t stay at home forever, I have to go to work, and I need my phone for work.

This was a glitch, I will flag this. Hopefully a rep can help you here. If not, you would have to wait for response from a rep via facebook or callback.
