I have data block on my phone and have never had a problem with using hot spots and wi fi at home until recently. Now, when I sign in, I am having all kinds of trouble. The info, when I explore the connection has under Manage router: http://redirect.koodo.com and it will often reroute me to a koodo page. How can I get rid of this feature? Can anyone give me some ideas here? With thanks, I will check back.
Data block couldn't interfere with connecting to a WiFi network. Can you swap Sim cards ith another phone to see if the problem follows? You could see if it'll connect to any other networks or forget the connection and reconnect from scratch. If your phone is capable of resetting network settings you can also try that
